why Only EB3 I know the pain of waiting, why not EB2 I, I am waiting from last 5 years and i don't know how long more. we all know the pain of waiting buddy.
It is all about luck.
(BTW - 11 Plus years in USA). this is called waiting.

I have another cpl. of questions:
- After e-filing I was notified that the case has gone to National benefit center. Is this common/okay?
- Secondly, I am confused what to explain for Part 7 of I-131 form that states : "On a seperate sheet of paper, Explain how you qualify for an advance parole document and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole"
Some insight will be much appreciated!Thanks!

We will sit idle and they will sit idle till the PD moves. Once the PD moves, they MIGHT get some 485 applications to process. Since the PD is retrogressed four to five years last year, most of the people with PD till the end of 2003 have already filed 485. The movement of PD until 2003 end will add some 485 to USCIS.
The real fun to watch is when the PD moves beyond Jan'04. The service center will be flooded with 485 applicaitons and the flood will keep on increasing as the dates move. Lots of permutations and combinations are invloved in this scenario.

It's news to me. Injection molded connectors are easy to produce while maintaining tight tolerances, so I'm skeptical of that warning.
Many people have had pictures lost even with "good" cards, so that claim sounds more like a scare tactic.
Personally, I think I'll continue to go with SanDisk Extreme, as they have really good warranty (lifetime guarantee). I'm also concerned with knowing I have honest specs so I"m getting the data rates claimed for the product.

According to Interfoto the cheap memory cards doesn't fit too well physically and can damage the camera. Their service department report pins that are either broken or even forced into the camera itself.
In addition there has been problems with pictures disappearing when "the card crash".
Interfoto recommends Sandisk and Lexar, as well as Microdrives from IBM/Hitachi. (Interfoto is the Norwegian Lexar distributor btw)
Has anyone else heard something similar?
